Cancellation Policy

Please note that any modifications or cancellations to an order must occur within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, we might not be able to fulfill your request as the order may already be in processing. If you cancel within 24 hours, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.


Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30-day return window for unused items returned in their original packaging. We do not issue refunds for items that are used, worn, or damaged due to normal use or misuse.

If a non-approved item is returned without a valid reason or outside the 30-day period, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 25% of the purchase price.

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and return reason.

  2. Our team must approve all returns before you ship the product back.

  3. Items must be returned in their original packaging and unused state. Include your order number and shipping name in the package.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except for damaged items upon receipt. Shipping costs are not reimbursed.

Upon receiving your return, we may take up to 10 business days to inspect the item(s). Once confirmed in good condition, refunds will be processed within 40 business days from the confirmation date.

All refunds are processed in Albanian Lek (ALL) or USD, according to the original purchase. Customers are responsible for any fees related to currency exchange or international transactions.


Product Concerns

We take product safety seriously. Please follow all usage instructions and safety guidelines provided with your product and available on our website. Misuse or failure to follow instructions may result in damage or injury, and any refunds or replacements will be at our discretion.

If you experience any issues while using our products, discontinue use immediately and contact us via our contact page. We will assist you in addressing your concerns.


Damaged Items

Products are carefully packaged to prevent damage during shipping. An item is considered damaged only if it has a defect or is physically broken. Damaged packaging alone (e.g., dented box) with the product in good condition is not considered damage.

If your item arrives damaged, inform us within 48 hours of delivery. Email us a clear photo of the damage to determine your eligibility for a replacement at no cost.

We do not refund or accept returns for items damaged through normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.


Shipping and Delivery

We aim to deliver your order promptly but cannot be held responsible for delays beyond our control, including those caused by the courier, customs, or other shipping issues.

For delivery problems, contact the courier directly. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
